De Grote Post is more than just the venue for your event. As a cultural centre, we can also help shape your programme in terms of content and artistic direction.
Are you looking for someone to facilitate discussions, present insights in a fresh way, or bring your day to a surprising close? We’ll work with you to find the right person and artistic form to match the content and tone of your programme. We’ll also take care of the practical organisation with the artist or creator. Our own programme can also serve as a starting point. Have you spotted a performance that ties in with the theme or objectives of your event? Then we’d be happy to explore how we can combine it with your meeting, conference or event.
Presenter / moderator
An experienced host guides the programme, links the various parts of the day and facilitates interaction between speakers and the audience.
A moderator can prepare the discussions with guests and speakers and ensure their stories and expertise are aligned. Depending on the programme, the roles of presenter and moderator can be fulfilled by the same person or, for larger events, by separate individuals.
We’ll work with you to identify the expertise and the right person to match the content and tone of your programme.
Live illustrator
An illustrator translates the discussions, insights and ideas from the conference or event into a final visual composition that takes shape live during the gathering.
Here too, we work with you to determine which visual style and illustrator best suit the content and atmosphere of your programme.
Live action writer
A writer follows the conference or event and creates a literary, poetic or journalistic text that captures the overarching theme and insights of the day.
Closing performance
De Grote Post books dozens of artists every year and, through PTT Café, has a network of promising musicians and bands. Companies and organisations can round off their event with a performance by an artist from this network.
This gives the programme a surprising and high-quality cultural finale that inspires and connects participants.
Comedian
A comedian brings the event to a close with a sharp, humorous reflection on the themes, discussions and standout moments of the day.
