LARVI is a biennial conference on aquaculture, fisheries and marine life. The choice of Ostend was in line with the blue economy and the presence of knowledge and research networks in the region.
Different venues, one programme
De Grote Post was chosen for its central location, the combination of multiple spaces, the scale of the building and the hospitality facilities available.
The layout
During the conference, the Grote Postzaal, Grote Foyer, Lokettenzaal, Panorama and various workshops were used in combination for plenary sessions, registration, sponsorship activities, receptions, lunches and breakout sessions.
