Be well prepared for your visit
An event begins before your participants have even taken their seats. That is why we have compiled practical information on accessibility, access and sustainable choices.
Getting to De Grote Post with ease
De Grote Post is centrally located in Ostend. Provide your participants, speakers and suppliers with clear information in advance about how to reach the building, parking and arrival arrangements.
An event for a wide audience
Are you organising an event for a wide audience? Then naturally you’ll want as many people as possible to feel welcome.
De Grote Post is easily accessible, and we’re happy to help you ensure your event is accessible to all.
From lifts and wheelchair access to facilities for visitors with hearing or visual impairments: discover what’s possible at our venue.
Conscious choices for your event
De Grote Post has been awarded the Green Key. As part of our venue offering, we place particular emphasis on local produce, short supply chains, and vegetarian and vegan options.
